10 openings right now, 8 of them remote, at 6 companies that hire speech-language pathologists into non-clinical work.
Ranges and timelines come from documented SLP transitions, not estimates.
Clinical specialist and territory roles at speech-tech and device companies exist because clinicians will not buy from someone who cannot talk shop. You already speak the buyer's language, and you have prescribed the products.
Clinical Specialist or Clinical Application Specialist at an AAC, voice or swallowing company (Lingraphica, Tobii Dynavox, PRC-Saltillo, Passy-Muir, Atos Medical). Account executive and territory manager come after.

How this list is built: every Monday we read the public job boards of the companies in our directory, keep the roles a former SLP could realistically land, and drop anything requiring a licence you don’t hold. Postings close without warning — if a link is dead, the role is gone.
